Mortgage Modification Mediation is to be completed within 75 days of the appointment of the mediator. Participants may stipulate to extend the time to complete mediation.

• Note: The Court will not enter an order approving the stipulation.

To File Electronically:

1. Log into CM/ECF.
2. Select [Bankruptcy > Motions/Applications] or [Bankruptcy > Claims Actions].
3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
4. Select [Mortgage Modification Mediation - Stipulation to Extend Time] from the event list.
5. Select the party filer.
6. Browse to select the Motion (.pdf file).
7. Enter the expected date of completion.
8. Check the 75-Day Deadline box and enter expected completion date in ‘Date reset’ field.
9. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
   Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
