The mortgage creditor may decline participation in the Mortgage Modification Mediation Program.
Filing Requirements:
- Response Declining Participation
To File Electronically:
- Log into CM/ECF.
- Select [Bankruptcy > Claim Actions].
- Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
- Select [Mortgage Modification Mediation - Response Declining Participation] from the event list.
- Select the party filer.
- Browse to select the Motion (.pdf file).
- Refer to the Motion Requesting Participation in Mortgage Modification Mediation.
- Modify the text as appropriate.
- Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
