EFFECTIVE 12/1/13. To facilitate use in determining plan feasibility in a chapter 13 case, new Schedules I and J will include a check box for the debtor to indicate that the schedule "supplement’s" the initial filing of the form.

Filing Requirements:

• Schedule I and/or J with signature declaration.
  Note: Check box to indicate that this filing is a supplement showing post-petition chapter 13 income/expenses. When filing amended schedules, use the [Amended Schedules/Statements/Summary] event.

To File Electronically:

1. Log into CM/ECF.
2. Select [Bankruptcy > Miscellaneous].
3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
4. Select [Schedules I/J, Supplement] from the event list.
5. Select the party filer.
6. Browse to select the Supplement (pdf file).
7. When appropriate, note any changes that may be helpful to the Trustee in the text box.
8. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
   Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
