To add a page to your list of favorite pages:

  1. Go to the page that you want to add to your Favorites list.
  2. On the Favorites menu, click Add to Favorites.
  3. Type a new name for the page if you want to.
  4. Notes:
  • To open one of your favorite pages, on the Favorites menu, click the page you want to open.
  • As your list of favorite pages grows, you can organize them by moving them into subfolders

To add a page to the Links bar:

The Links bar is located next to the Address bar in Internet Explorer, and is a convenient place to add links to a few Web pages that you use frequently. Just click the link to display the page.

You can add a page to the Links bar in a variety of ways:

  1. Drag the icon for the page from your Address bar to your Links bar.
  2. Drag a link from a Web page to your Links bar.
  3. Drag a link to the Links folder in your Favorites list.
    Notes:
  • If the Links bar does not appear on the toolbar, on the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Links.
  • You also can organize your links by dragging them to a different location on the Links bar.

To bookmark a web page:

  1. Go to the web page you want to bookmark.
  2. Click Bookmarks. On Mac OS, open the Bookmarks menu--the green bookmark icon to the right of the Go menu.
  3. Choose Add Bookmark.
    Notes:
  4. The name of the currently displayed page is added as the last item in the Bookmark menu.
  5. Some preselected bookmarks came with your Netscape software.

To revisit a bookmarked web page:

  1. Click Bookmarks. On Mac OS, open the Bookmarks menu.
  2. Choose a bookmarked page.
