Schedules and Statements must be filed with the petition or within 14 days.
The Schedules/Statements/Summary/Declaration/Disclosure of Compensation event includes: Summary of Assets and Liabilities, Schedule A/B - J, Declaration About Individual Debtor's Schedules (Form 206Dec), Declaration Under Penalty of Perjury for Non-Individual Debtors (Form 202), Statement of Financial Affairs, Statement of Intent, and Disclosure of Compensation of Attorney for Debtor(s).
Note: When Schedules are filed AND additional creditors are added to the Creditor Mailing Matrix, you must electronically file a Supplemental Matrix listing only the new creditors. A $32.00 filing fee is required unless the case has converted within the past 14 days and they are filing schedules. Refer to instructions for Supplemental Matrix.
To File Electronically:
- Log into CM/ECF.
- Select [Bankruptcy > Miscellaneous].
- Enter case number (e.g., xx-xxxxx).
- Select [Schedules/Statements/Summary] from the event list.
Note: The following are documents not included in this event and must be filed separately: Statement of Social Security Number, Certificate of Credit Counseling, Statement of Monthly Income, Employee Income Records, List of Creditors Who Have the 20 Largest Unsecured Claims, List of Equity Security Holders, Matrix Supplement (filing fee required). - Select the party filer.
- Select each schedule/statement being filed.
- Enter values from the corresponding schedules on the Summary of Assets and Liabilities Screen. Details
- If Schedule C, I, or J is selected, update the appropriate fields when prompted. Details
- Browse to attach the Schedules (pdf file).
- Modify text as appropriate.
- Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
