Depending on your scanner's method of scanning to PDF, you may have to refer to your scanner manual for specifics with your setup; however, since many softwares have similar features, you may find this procedure useful, even though it uses a product called Adobe Acrobat Exchange.

Recommended Scanner Settings: 300 ppi or higher

What To Do:

  1. Place document onto scanner.
    Note: Ensure original signatures are on document, if applicable.
  2. Open Adobe Acrobat Exchange.
  3. Click on File on the menu bar.
  4. Click on Export from the drop down menu and scan.
  5. Name your PDF file.
  6. Save the PDF file in a directory.
  7. Click on the OK button to print and save.
