Filing Requirements:

  • Letter Renewing Motion
If the letter includes a deadline to file an objection to the renewed motion, a hearing will only be scheduled if an objection/request for hearing is filed.
If no time to object is provided, a hearing will be scheduled unless a stipulation, prior order, or proceeding memo provided the motion would be granted without further hearing. The letter should state the motion may be granted without hearing and identify the order, stipulation, or proceeding memo by docket number containing that provision.
