CM/ECF Version 4.1 and Version 4.2 (also known as v4.+) are arriving soon! The Western Wisconsin Bankruptcy Court will upgrade to a new version of CM/ECF in late November. This new release will include several modifications. E-filers are encouraged to take part in the Court’s live, online WebEx presentations. These presentations are designed to outline the major changes you will find in CM/ECF v4.+. These online sessions will be repeated several times over the next couple months in an effort to accommodate all E-filers.

• No special software is required to attend one of these sessions- only a computer with Internet access and a nearby telephone for audio participation. (Note: screen viewer software will install automatically when accessing a session -- it is advisable to login the day before to ensure your computer settings allow this. • Advance registration is required.
• Once registered for a session an email will be sent to you with a link to the presentation website and further instructions for calling a toll-free number to join the conference.
• Attorneys and legal staff are welcome to participate.
• Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit is not authorized for these presentations.
• Classes are expected to last less than an hour depending on questions.
• Class sizes will be limited to allow for questions.
• You are welcome to share an office computer and speaker phone to view the WebEx presentations - only one person needs to register for all. The person registering will need to access their email from the computer on which you plan to participate.
