1. Register online at https://ncrs.uscourts.gov/
   OR
2. Complete the Creditor Registration of Preferred Address and Request for national Creditor Registration Service Participation form and mail or fax to:

***Please note that the Court does not process all of the notices that you may receive in a case. Notices generated by trustees, attorneys, debtors and other entities may continue to be mailed to the address of record filed by the debtor.***

To generate a creditor mailing list for a specific case (includes the creditor's preferred address):

1. Select [Reports] on the ECF menu bar.
2. Select [Creditor Mailing Matrix].
3. Enter PACER login and password, if prompted.
4. Enter case number.
5. Select 3 columns
6. Click [Run Report].
