The Disclosure Statement should be filed prior to the filing of, or with the Plan. Before filing the Disclosure Statement and Plan, the filer should call chambers for a hearing date.

To File Disclosure Statement Electronically:

1. Log into CM/ECF.
2. Select [Bankruptcy > Plan].
3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
4. Select [Disclosure Statement or Disclosure Statement for Small Business] from the event list.
5. Select the party filer. If the party is not listed, click on Add/Create New Party.
   Note: The Attorney/Party Association screen may appear. If your party selection was correct, check the box to create an association.
6. Browse to select the Disclosure Statement (.pdf file).
7. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
   Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.

To File Plan Electronically:

1. In ECF, select [Bankruptcy > Plan ].
2. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
3. Select [Chapter 11 Plan or Chapter 11 Small Business Plan] from the event list.
4. Select the party filer. If the party is not listed, click on Add/Create New Party.
   Note: The Attorney/Party Association screen may appear. If your party selection was correct, check the box to create an association.
5. Browse to select the Plan (.pdf file).
6. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
   Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
7. After filing the Disclosure Statement and Plan, file the Notice of Disclosure Hearing.
