NOTE: The Chapter 13 Trustee will file a Notification of Change in the Manner of Payment of Pay Trustee when

1) the amended/modified plan does not support an exisiting signed wage order, or amended wage order request;

2) the amended wage order is realted to a change (i.g., change in payment frequecy or how payments are made) that does not stem from the amended/modified plan.

Trustee will upload the proposed order:

1. Log into CM/ECF.
2. Select [Bankruptcy > Upload Pay Order].
3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
4. Select the Order description: Order to Pay Wages or Amended Order to Pay Wages.
5. Browse to select the Proposed Order to Pay Wages (.pdf file).
6. Click [Next] to submit the Order to Pay Wages.
