To File Electronically:

1. Log into CM/ECF.
2. Select [Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee] when filed by Trustee. Select [Bankruptcy > Miscellaneous ] when filed by party in interest.
3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
4. Select [Objection to Debtor's Claim of Exemptions] from the Trustee/US Trustee event list or select [Objection to Debtor's Claim of Exemptions] from the Miscellaneous event list.
5. Select yourself (trustee) as the party filer.
6. Browse to select the Objection (pdf file).
   Note: The Proof of Service may be added as an attachment to this document.
7. Modify the text as appropriate.
8. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
   Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
