Filing Requirements:
- Notice of Intent to Abandon giving all creditors 14 days to object
Note: A Proposed Order is NOT required, unless the matter is heard before the court. - Proof of Service
To File Electronically:
- Log into CM/ECF.
- Select [Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee] when filed by Trustee. Select [Bankruptcy > Notices] when filed by debtor in possession
- Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
- Select [Notice of Intent to Abandon (with no motion)] from the Trustee/US Trustee event list. Select [Notice of Intent to Abandon (Debtor in Possession Only)] from the Notices event list.
- Select yourself (trustee) (or debtor if filed by debtor in possession) as the party filer.

Note: The Proof of Service may be added as an attachment to this document. - Enter the last day to object (defaults to 14 days; modify if necessary).
- Modify the text as appropriate.
