Filing Requirements:
- Motion to Extend Time to File Plan
- Notice of Motion. Usually giving 14 days to object unless circumstances require more or less time. Notice is sent to all creditors .
- Proof of Service
- Proposed Order (may be filed after the last day to object has expired)
To File Electronically:
- Log into CM/ECF.
- Select [Bankruptcy > Motions/Applications].
- Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
- Select [Extend Time] or [Extend/Limit Exclusivity Period - Chapter 11]] from the event list.
Note: To accurately report statistics to Congress, it is crucial that the correct event is selected. - Select the party filer.
