Within 21 days of service of the notice of final cure payment, the claim holder shall file and serve a statement indicating whether the holder agrees or disagrees that default claims have been paid in full. On motion of debtor or trustee filed within 21 days after service of the claimant’s response to the notice of final cure payment, the court shall determine whether the “debtor has cured the default and paid all required post-petition amounts.”
