Event: Bankruptcy/Adversary > Motions/Applications > Stipulation

To File Electronically:

Log into CM/ECF.
Select [Bankruptcy > Motions/Applications] OR [Adversary > Motions/Applications].
Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
Select [Stipulation] from the event list.
Select the party filer. If the party is not listed, click on Add/Create New Party.
Note: The Attorney/Party Association screen may appear. If your party selection was correct, check the box to create an association.
Browse to select the Stipulation (.pdf file).
Note: Attach supporting documents, if applicable. Proposed Order MUST be filed using the Proposed Order event.
Refer to the Motion.
Answer question, "Stipulation with Whom?"
Answer questions re: discharge/dischargeability
Modify the text as appropriate.
Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
