Motion to Set Bar Date to File Claims (Chapter 11)

In a Chapter 11 case, the court does not set a bar date to file claims unless a Motion to Set Bar Date is filed.
Filing Requirements:
- Motion to Set Bar Date to File Claim
- No Notice required
- Proposed Order
To File Electronically:
- Log into CM/ECF.
- Select [Bankruptcy > Motions/Applications].
- Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
- Select [Set Last Day to File Proof of Claim] from the event list.
- Select the party filer.
- Browse to select the Motion (.pdf file).
- Modify the text as appropriate.
- Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
