Filing Requirements to be Excused from 341 Meeting:

Note: The Motion (or supporting Affidavit) must state specific reasons for the request. - Notice of Motion giving 14 days to object unless circumstances require more or less time. Notice is sent to all creditors.
- Proof of Service
- Proposed Order (may be filed after the last day to object has expired)
To File Motion Electronically:
- Log into CM/ECF.
- Select [Bankruptcy > Motions/Applications].
- Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
- Select [Excuse Debtor from Appearance at 341 Meeting] from the event list.
- Select the party filer.
