Password Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 characters
  • Upper and lower case alpha characters
  • At least one digit or special character

Log into ECF using your ECF account. Your ECF account is different than your PACER account. In order to make modifications to your ECF user information, please login using your ECF account credentials.

To update your password in ECF:

  1. Log into ECF
  2. Select [Utilities] on the ECF menu bar.
  3. Select [Maintain Your ECF Account].
  4. Click on [More user information].
  5. Update your password.
  6. Click on [Return to Account Screen].
  7. Click on [Submit].
  8. Look for the message to display "User edit complete". If not, contact the Clerk's office.
