Note: Chapter 7 and 11 reports are virtual entries ... no document is required.

To enter the outcome of multiple meetings, use the Trustee's 341 Filings menu option.

To File Electronically:

1. Log into CM/ECF.
2. Select [Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee].
3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
4. Select one of the following events from the event list:
   • Chapter 7 Trustee's Initial Report
   • Chapter 7 Trustee's Report of No Distribution: no funds
   • Chapter 7 Trustee's Report of No Distribution: dismiss/converted, no funds
   • Chapter 7 Trustee's Report of No Distribution: dismiss/converted, funds
   • Chapter 7 Trustee's Report of No Distribution: minimal funds collected
   • Meeting of Creditors Held/Concluded (Chapter 11)
   • Meeting of Creditors Not Held: Meeting not held
   • Meeting of Creditors Continued: Adjourned (enter new date, time, and location)
   • Trustee's Certification re: Admin. of case after denial of discharge: Meeting was not concluded and discharge was denied. This event certifies that your duties as trustee were performed.
5. Select yourself (Trustee/US Trustee) as the party filer.
6. Selecting the No Funds button will expand the screen. Two new rows will display the fields used to produce the report. Enter the appropriate amounts.
7. Select the deadline (341 meeting date) that should be satisfied as a result of this filing.
8. Skip the Browse screen.
   Note: The chapter 12/13 341 Proceeding Memo/Trustee's Report is the only 341 Meeting entry that requires you to "browse" to select the Report. All other 341 Meeting entries are virtual entries.
9. Modify the text as appropriate.
10. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
    Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
