To File Electronically:

1. Log into CM/ECF.
2. Select [Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee].
3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
4. Select one of the following events from the event list:
   • Meeting of Creditors Held & Concluded/Trustee's Report (Chapter 13)
   • Meeting of Creditors Held & Concluded/Trustee's Report (Chapter 12)
   • Meeting of Creditors Not Held/With Trustee Report (Chapter 12/13)
   • Meeting of Creditors Continued: Adjourned (enter new date, time, and location)
5. Select yourself (Trustee) as the party filer.
6. Browse to select the Report (.pdf file).
7. Modify the text as appropriate.
8. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
   Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
