Event: Bankruptcy > Motions/Applications > Final Decree

Filing Requirements:

Application for Final Decree
Final Report - optional
Proposed Order (Final Decree) - optional. If not filed, the Court will enter a Final Decree when closing the case.

To File Electronically:

  1. Log into CM/ECF.
  2. Select [Bankruptcy > Motions/Applications].
  3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
  4. Select [Final Decree] from the event list.
  5. Select the party filer.
  6. Browse to select the Application (.pdf file).
    Note: If a Final Report is filed, it may be added as an attachment to this document or filed separately using the Chapter 11 Final Report and Account event.
  7. Enter closing date when prompted (accept default date).
  8. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
    Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
  9. Electronically file the Proposed Order. Instructions
