An Appeal may be dismissed by filing with District Court:

  • A signed dismissal agreement (stipulation) specifying how costs are to be paid and paying any fees that are due. The Clerk of the District Court shall enter an Order Dismissing the Appeal.
    OR
  • Appellant's Motion on terms and conditions agreed to by the parties or fixed by the District Court.
