Document cameras can be used to display exhibits.  By placing your exhibit onto the document camera, the image is then projected to all monitors throughout the courtroom.  This alleviates the need for providing a set of exhibits for witnesses or waiting for the witness to find a specific exhibit.

How to use a document camera:

Step One: Turn the power on.

Step Two: Place document or item on surface.

Step Three: Adjust arm upwards to desired height

- use zoom or manual focus

- small screen preview on left side

Note: The Courtroom Deputy controls which monitors are being viewed and are active.
