For more information, refer to the New EOUST Requirements

The Trustee's 341 Meeting Filings menu option enables the trustee's office to enter the outcome of debtor appearances at the 341 meeting and have the event entered automatically and immediately to each case record.

Trustee may also use the Meeting of Creditors Held events to file in just one case.

To File Electronically:

  1. Log onto ECF using your Trustee login.
  2. Select [Bankruptcy].
  3. Select [Trustee's 341 Filings].
  4. Enter the date of the 341 Meeting to be processed.
  5. Select the appropriate radio button for each case:
    • No Action: Case will appear on this list again
    • Trustee's Report of No Distribution: No Funds
    • Trustee's Report of No Distribution: Dismiss/Convert No Funds

    • Trustee's Report of No Distribution: Minimal Funds
    • Trustee's Initial Report: Asset case or undetermined
    • Meeting Continued: Adjourned (enter new date, time, and location)
  6. Selecting the No Funds button will expand the screen. Two new rows will display the fields used to produce the report. Enter the appropriate amounts.
  7. Click [Submit].
Note: Only one Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document numbers. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the cases.
