Use of Chapter 13 Plan (Local Form 3015-1.2), REVISED December 4, 2024, is Mandatory for All Chapter 13 Plans.

• The Plan is due 14-days from the date of case filing.
• The Court will send a copy of the Chapter 13 Plan to all creditors.

To File Electronically:

1. Log into CM/ECF.
2. Select [Bankruptcy > Plan].
3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
4. Select [Chapter 13 Plan] from the event list.
5. Select the party filer.
6. Browse to select the Plan (.pdf file).
7. Modify the text as appropriate.
8. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
   Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
