In cases which the Trustee's service has terminated as a result of substantial consummation, dismissal, or conversion with no disbursement of funds by the trustee, the Subchapter V Trustee must file a Report of No Distribution.

To File Electronically:

1. Log into CM/ECF.
2. Select [Bankruptcy > Trustee/US Trustee].
3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
4. Select one of the following events for the Trustee's Final Report and Account and Report of No Distribution from the event list:
   • Final Report and Account (Chapter 11 Subchapter V)
   • Chapter 11 Subch V Case Trustee's Report of No Distribution A - case dism or conv, no plan, fee award recd
   • Chapter 11 Subch V Case Trustee's Report of No Distribution B - case dism or conv, fee award recd 
   • Chapter 11 Subch V Case Trustee's Report of No Distribution C - case dism or onv, fee award not recd
   • Chapter 11 Subch V Case Trustee's Report of No Distribution D - consensual plan consumated, fee award recd
   • Chapter 11 Subch V Case Trustee's Report of No Distribution E - consensual plan consumated, fee award only
   • Chapter 11 Subch V Case Trustee's Report of No Distribution F - non-consensual plan consumated, fees awarded
     • Chapter 11 Subch V Case Trustee's Report of No Distribution R - redsignated case
5. Select yourself (Trustee) as the party filer.
6. Enter the appropriate amounts.
7. No requirement to link the report to an exisiting event; however, if filing an amended report, link to the previously filed document.
8. Verify the final docket text (Note: No additional text is required); if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).
9. Browse and Attach UST Form 101-11 (V)-NDR
   Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.
